At CAS, not only do we secure you preferential rates on your hotel and bed & breakfast booking, but the service is completely free!! We do not charge an administrative or booking fee, ensuring that you keep your procurement costs down to a minimum!

Although we do our utmost to ensure that our rental service is free of charge, from time to time, we may charge a one off nominal fee for securing rental accommodation. Any charges will be fully explained to you prior to us initiating our search for your accommodation.

Our services do not stop at hotels and bed & breakfasts. We are also able to provide a nationwide short term lettings service for those that prefer a more homely and self catered environment. From studios, flats and serviced apartments in the heart of the city to more quieter suburban retreats, CAS can cater for all your rental needs. Working actively with the UK’s leading estate agents, coupled with our extensive database of private landlords, we are able to quickly secure affordable accommodation tailored to your specific requirements.

Yes we can! Due to the volume of bookings that we make each year, we are able to secure preferential and discounted rates at over 70,000 hotels and bed & breakfasts throughout the UK and are able to also capitalise on any special offers that may be available.

Whether you are acting as an individual or as a company, we look to keep your costs down to a minimum by negotiating each booking on a case by case basis, often obtaining 10% - 40% off the rack rate, ensuring that you get the best possible price for your accommodation!

We aim to secure a room at either a hotel or bed & breakfast within 1 hour of receiving your request that caters for your specific requirements.

Your booking can be made via our online booking form. Once you have provided us with your requirements, one of our specialists in the service team will be in contact with a selection of suitable accommodation.

Each booking is processed personally by your allocated Account Manager, with each booking taking into consideration your requirements such as price, location and suitability.

We are not a Travel Management Company (TMC), but a specialist Hotel Booking Agency, with the big difference being the way we approach relations with the hotels coupled with a clear understanding of the requirements of the contracting world.

We deal with independent properties as well as the house hold names of the hotelier world. Whereas TMCs are restricted to looking for hotels through their global distribution systems, which were originally designed by airlines to sell air tickets and only have 30 per cent of UK hotels on their systems, we have longstanding 'personal' relationships with over 70,000 hoteliers and private landlords. This enables us to secure preferential rates and, with the help of your designated Account Manager, we are able to ensure that your accommodation booking is carried out as quickly, smoothly and efficiently as possible.
