After accepting a 4 month contracting role in the Leeds area (250+ miles from home) I attempted to locate accommodation in the area that would be a decent home from home for the lowest price possible. With the exception of the Etap hotel I found nothing for under £70 a night using the usual websites until I came across the CAS website. After 1 phone call and confirmation email I block booked a 1 bedroom serviced apartment for £45 a night.

New-to-market, with excellent facilities and just ten minutes‟ walk to the office, I was in a full month before it was advertised to the general public. I still don’t know how they found it but it was perfect for the duration of my contract. Tremendous value and very convenient.
